This position to take lead for all human resources function which includes staffing, compensation and benefit, training and development, administration and employee relation.
1.Bachelor degree, Major in human resources management is a plus.
2. 8 years or above experience in human resources practice with multinational company. Solid experiences in holding comapany
3.Teamwork and proactive.
4. Result oriented and good problem solving skills, Continually demonstrate the pursuit for excellence.
5. Good command of English, Verbal communication is a must.
